How do I enroll in the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program?
It’s easy to enroll in the program. All you need is a valid prescription for MICARDIS, along with your completed enrollment form. You can easily enroll online, or call 1-855-900-0785. Either way, we'll contact your doctor to fill your prescription through Door-to-Door. You can also mail the enrollment form along with your prescription. In accordance with the Board of Pharmacy regulations, only a physician may submit a prescription through fax, phone, or ePrescribe. Patients may mail original, hard-copy prescriptions to Eagle Pharmacy. Eagle Pharmacy will fill medications upon receipt unless otherwise noted on the prescription to hold/profile by the patient or physician.
Who is Eagle Pharmacy?
Eagle pharmacy is the trusted pharmacy partner for the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program. Eagle Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy staffed by registered pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians. Eagle Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
How do I know if I am eligible for this program?
All patients with a valid prescription for MICARDIS are eligible for the Door-to-Door program.
What if I’m already taking MICARDIS but getting my medicine at a retail pharmacy? Am I eligible to enroll in Door-to-Door?
You are eligible to enroll in the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program whether you are currently taking MICARDIS or have been prescribed MICARDIS for the first time. You simply need to send your prescription along with the enrollment form to complete your enrollment in the program.
How much will I pay for my MICARDIS prescription?
You will never pay more than $35 for a one-month supply (30 tablets).
How is this program different than traditional co-pay card or similar savings programs?
Unlike traditional co-pay card programs or savings programs, all patients are eligible to enroll in the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program and are guaranteed to pay no more than $35 for a one-month supply (30 tablets) regardless of insurance coverage. Even Medicare Part D and Medicaid patients are eligible to participate in this program.
Will I receive my MICARDIS through the mail? How much is shipping?
A one-month supply of MICARDIS will be mailed to you by Eagle Pharmacy, our MICARDIS Door-to-Door pharmacy partner. Your prescription will be shipped free of charge directly to your home within 5-9 days. Expedited shipping is available for a nominal fee.
Can I use my commercial insurance coverage if I enroll in the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program?
Patients without insurance restrictions and co-pays of $65 or less will pay a $10 co-pay for a one-month supply of MICARDIS. Patients whose co-pay is less than $10 will continue to pay their usual co-pay. For patients whose co-pay is between $65 and $90, they will pay that amount minus the maximum savings benefit of $55 per month. No one will pay more than $35. Patients with insurance restrictions or co-pays of more than $90 will not be processed through insurance and will pay $35 for a one-month supply (30 tablets) of MICARDIS.
What if I have Medicare Part D or Medicaid insurance? Can I still enroll in this program? How much will I pay?
Yes, patients with Medicare Part D and Medicaid are eligible to enroll in the MICARDIS Door-to-Door program. However, patients cannot use their insurance coverage to cover the medication in this program and instead will pay the cash price of $35 for a one-month supply (30 tablets).
Am I eligible if I don’t have any insurance? How much will my MICARDIS cost?
Yes, even patients with no insurance are eligible for this program. You will simply pay the cash price of $35 for a one-month supply (30 tablets) and standard shipping is free. This is a significant savings over what you would pay for brand-name MICARDIS at a retail pharmacy.
What happens once I send in the enrollment form and my prescription? How do I check the status of my order?
Once we receive your completed enrollment form and prescription information, we will process your order and your medication will be shipped directly to your home within 5-9 days, as long as no order processing issues arise. You can check the status of your order at any time by calling 1-855-900-0785 or by emailing BI@eaglepharmacy.com (email is monitored Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays).

You can also elect to refill your medication through the Automated Refill program. Each month, your medication will automatically be shipped directly to your home and the credit card on file will be charged prior to shipping.
